Sanatorium "Sinyak" is surrounded by mountains Hudenwald, Obavsky Stone and Buz. It is situated in a marvelous part of Carpathia on the height of 420-450 m above the sea level.

The clear waters of mountain river Sinyavka that flows through the territory of sanatorium is full of trout. The climate of this locality is temperate with comparatively warm winter and not very hot summer.

The firm snow covering appears at the end of December and lasts till the beginning of April. Fresh healthy air also promotes the recovery. Woods are fool of herbs, mushrooms and berries. The mountains are covered with mixed forest : fir, beech, silver fir, birch, hornbeam etc.
